He moved to Los Angeles in 1990 after flipping a coin between L.A. and NYC. He currently resides in Santa Monica, California with his with beautiful wife of nearly 16 years, actress, April Grace. April has appeared in numerous films and tv shows and according to Danny, "is pound for pound the best damn actor in the world." They have no kids but do share their sweet little 18-year-old West Highland Terrier named Bubby. Danny has had The Bubbster since he was a six week old puppy.<br /><br />Danny is a life long Pittsburgh Steelers fan because his cousins tried to force him to like the Browns but wisely Danny revolted. Besides, the Browns really sucked back then, they really suck now, and they really suck forever. He has loved the Dodgers ever since his Uncle Dick brought him back an autographed baseball from training camp in Vero Beach, Florida signed by the entire 1974 Los Angeles Dodgers. He fell in love with the Lakers after listening to the late great Chick Hearn while bartending at various establishments around town like The World Cafe, The Fair City, and The West End. Basically, if you've been out drinking in Santa Monica, he's probably got you drunk.<br /><br />He played baseball, basketball, and football in high school for the Start Spartans and still tries to shoot hoops once or twice a week and runs almost daily. After high school Danny attended the University of Toledo while working as a top selling realtor for Neal Realty until he relocated to California.<br /><br />Danny received his B. A. from Antioch University with an emphasis on English and African American Studies. After quitting the nightlife, Danny taught English and Geography at the Kabbalah Children's Academy in Beverly Hills, CA for a few years and currently teaches students with Autism at the Village Glenn School in Culver City.<br /><br />He has two amazingly talented nieces (Nicole &amp; Lola) and two brilliantly gifted nephews.
